RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers with a smile, both in person and over the phone.
- Proactively solicit and promote our bank products to existing and prospective customers.
- Create and manage engaging social media postings to enhance our online presence and connect with our community.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred but not required for entry-level candidates.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with social media platforms for creating and managing posts.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Proficient in using office software and comfortable with basic computer skills.
Compensation: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
